COVID-19 and Safety Guidelines

  • We will be texting you the day before your service to confirm your appointment.

  • We ask that if are sick with cough, fever, or upset stomach – please reschedule.

  • We will not charge for late cancellations due to illness, however no shows are subject to a 50% fee.

  • When you arrive to your appointment please call or text.

  • Guest are only admitted by appointment only.

  • You will be screened with a temperature check you will not be permitted in the building, we will reschedule your appointment for 1 week later at no charge to you.

  • You will be required to wear a face mask with ear loops. If you do not have one, we will provide one for you.

  • We will require you to sanitize your hands before and after every service by hand washing and/or hand sanitizer. In addition to hand sanitation, you can also wear disposable gloves which we will provide for you.

  • All instruments and equipment are sanitized and we enforce a strict “no double dipping” policy, meaning that we never dip the same applicator in the pot of wax once it has been used.

We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is therefore request that if you must cancel your appointment you provide more than 24 hours notice. This will enable for another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment slot. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service. With cancellations made less than 24 hours notice, we are unable to offer that slot to other people.

No Show

Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

To ensure that we can provide all of our clients with excellent service, we ask that you be on time to all of your appointments. Please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to ensure you receive your full appointment time. In the event that you should be tardy, we ask that you be considerate and call to inform us of your situation so we may take necessary action or make special arrangements. Please be aware that if you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, you will be voided. You will need to reschedule. NO EXCEPTIONS.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for products sold or services rendered. If, for any reason, you feel dissatisfied with any of our services, please bring this management’s attention. We appreciate all feedback, negative or positive, from our clients to better serve you. I understand and acknowledge this policy regarding lateness and appointment cancellations.
